HELP WANTED - Full Time Office Administrator at Bono Holdings.

We are looking for an ambitious, dedicated and honest person to fill a full time maternity leave, however it could lead to a permanent full time position. The candidate must have good customer relations skills and must provide good customer service. Ability to work alone in an office without supervision. Knowledge of Windward Accounting, Excel, Word and Publisher would be an asset but we are willing to train the right candidate. Experience in agricultural and automotive equipment would be an asset but not required.

Duties include but not limited to answering the phones and taking messages, customer invoicing, inventory pricing, inventory management, purchasing, GST PST WCB Payroll, etc, contacting customers, customer service, restocking and rearranging inventory on shelves, warranty claims, keeping office and show room area neat and tidy. Accounts receivable, financial record keeping, month and year end, customer monthly statements, picking up the mail, advertising. Must provide fast and friendly service to customers, plus other duties required by management,

They will need to love being around children. Can multi task within a ratio, programming, planning, implementing the program and providing care. The priority position will be with the infant toddlers and require you to work in a 1 to 5 ratio with toddlers .

Wages are dependant on ECE Level (school provided if required). 14.11 starting (min wage) potential for $18.73 after just 3 months!

Full time position ideal, but part time could work as well with flexible shifts.
